Mouth spline moving too much outside it's own influence zones

Hi @ThomasBittner,

I am looking for a flexible mouth setup. The spline based setup looks great! After some testing, I notice that when pulling the middle lip ctrls it influences the underlying curve too much beyond other controllers. Is it possible to have each lip controller only influence it’s own zone up until the next controller in the row?
When you pull it down or up, it seems like the curve pushes up next to the neighboring controllers and even changes the curve up to the mouth corners. Can I repaint the curve skins to achieve cleaner, harder influences, or am I missing a different setting entirely?

Below the example:

Kind regards,

Arnout

Yes, there’s something for that. On the passer groups of the lip controls you have AimToNeighbors. If that is set to 0, those controls should be more static.

You could theoretically adjust skinning of the curves. People did that in the past, but definitely check first if turning off AimToNeighbors fixes it
